Llama Drama: Animal Euthanized After Being Beaten On Maryland Farm: Report

A popular llama who has been a staple at a Maryland farm for years had to be put down after being severely beaten during an unexplained attack, according to a report from WBAL.

“Skippy” suffered three broken legs and multiple compound fractures, the report states, with two completely shattered, prompting the llama’s owner to euthanize him at the age of 22 following the alleged attack.

Police are investigating the incident, WBAL reported. Anyone with information regarding the attack has been asked to contact the Cockeysville Precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department by calling (410) 887-1820.
